How It Works


A Feel Forest session is a gentle, guided journey through four mindful phases:


Arrival & Intention

We gather in a peaceful natural spot.
After a brief welcome and setting a clear intention, the pace begins to shift.

Sensory Invitations

Through gentle movement, breathing, and prompts rooted in nature, your senses awaken.
The noise diminishes—your awareness deepens.


Stillness & Listening

In silence, the forest speaks.
You start to hear the wind, the birds, your breath, and what truly needs to be heard.
This is the moment you rediscover your genuine values and needs.

Closing Rituals

Together, we create a group forest “mandala” using natural elements — a shared moment of meaning.

We conclude with a Japanese tea ceremony, a mindful pause of gratitude and gentle integration.

You’ll leave with calm, clarity, and simple ways to carry the forest’s wisdom into your daily life.
