What to Know Before You Join


Feel Forest sessions are not hikes or fitness activities. They are gentle, guided walks designed to bring you into the present moment, helping to regulate the nervous system and deepen awareness through breath, stillness, and subtle sensory connection. Participants assume full responsibility and acknowledge that any activity in nature carries inherent risks.

Who can join:

Adults 18+

No pets allowed

No special fitness required — just the ability to walk slowly on uneven paths and take responsibility for your well-being.

 Comfortable, layered clothing

 Closed-toe walking shoes (no sandals)

 Water, optional yoga mat, notebook

 Mobile phones must be off or on aeroplane mode — silence is part of the practice.

This is not therapy or treatment —
it is a space for reconnection and reflection in nature.
