What is Sylvotherapy?

Sylvotherapy
(from the Latin word “silva” meaning forest) is more than just a walk — it’s a guided experience of slowing down, tuning in, and reconnecting with what truly matters—a science-backed, soul-rooted practice of being present in nature.

Inspired by Greek, Celtic, and Japanese traditions of Shinrin-Yoku (森林浴), which means “forest bathing,” it helps lower stress and restore mental clarity by:

Reducing stress hormones (cortisol) and easing anxiety 

 Improving heart rhythm and blood pressure regulation 

 Boosting immunity through natural tree compounds (phytoncides)
